Do I need any experience?
No. You do not need any previous experience. Just come ready to play, think and work as a team.
Can I leave early?
Yes. You can leave at any time if you need to. Most players want to stay until the end, though!
What is the minimum age?
We recommend ages 9 and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
What happens if we arrive late?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early. If you arrive late, your playing time may be reduced to avoid delaying other bookings.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the number of players. You can see the current prices when selecting your time slot.
How many people can play?
It depends on the room: between 2 and 8 players. Each room has its own group size, which you can check when choosing your time slot.
Can we ask for help if we get stuck?
Yes. Your Game Master will be watching throughout the game and can give you hints to help you move forward. The idea is to have fun, not get frustrated.

No worries! After 60 minutes, the door opens anyway and you can leave. Many teams come back to try another room.
Can I bring my phone into the room?
No, you leave it in a locker before entering. It is part of the experience: 60 minutes completely unplugged.
How do we pay?
You confirm your booking online without a deposit and pay at the venue on the day you play.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp in advance and we will help you change the date.
Are the rooms scary?
It depends on which room you choose. We have mission and strategy rooms as well as more tense and suspenseful experiences. Each room lists its difficulty level and type of experience.
